We are committed to staying counterfeit free. 

Listing, selling, or using an unlicensed, counterfeit, trademarked, or copyrighted products or material is against Wenjoy (website & mobile app) Terms and Conditions and it’s Product Listing Policy under Merchants Terms & Conditions and internal operating procedures. 

1. As per the policies of Wenjoy, it’s our sole discretion to terminate or suspend the account of any user who has infringed the intellectual property rights of others in using the website or its services. 

2. We do not accept any liability to third parties whose intellectual property rights are alleged to have been infringed by the actions of any user in using the website or the services under any circumstances 

3. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service. 

4. These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. 

5. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by Dubai court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
